Enjoy and relax in this calm, stylish space with water views of the Bay and a short distance from Fort DeSoto (3 miles - 20 minutes bike ride), St Pete Pier (12 miles - 20 minutes drive), Pass-a-Grille (5.7 miles).
Enjoy the tranquility of Tierra Verde with this recently complete remodeled Condo, with all new appliances, furniture and everything you need to have a relaxing "Home Away From Home" experience.
The space have a comfortable sectional in the living room, a well-equipped full kitchen, one master suite with a queen bed and a beautiful bathroom with antifog mirrors and walk-in shower. The guest suite sleeps up to 3 people with a full over twin bunk bed, guest bathroom with walk-in shower. We also have a few office desks with chairs, if you need a space to study or work from home.
We love bike ride to Fort DeSoto, which is only 3 miles to the entrance, and another 3 miles until the North Beach, our favorite beach.
We are also only 20 minutes drive to the St Pete Beach, which has great restaurants and amazing views.
Pass-a-grille it's a great place to grab a bite watching sunset and a drink, which is a short 5 miles away.

You can manually also turn the camera off on the back of the Google Hub, by switching the plug to "camera off".
2. we have 3 smart TV's, with apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc, BUT you have to login with your own access.
3. The condo is on the second floor with no elevator, so you will need to go up one floor in the staircase.
